o Clear out the cob webs

o Pressure clean paths, driveway, gutters, eaves & facias
Living Areas
o Remove all unnecessary furniture & clutter to create an impression of space
o Turn on lights & lamps and ensure they are working
o Replace any faulty globes
o Ensure all curtains & blinds are hooked up correctly & working
o Add fresh flowers to brighten up the space
o Tidy kitchen & remove all items from the bench tops including appliances
o Remove all dishes from the sink including drying racks
o Remove all tea towels
o Clear off fridge magnets
o Add a bowel of fresh fruit to the bench for colour
